Welcome!

My hope is that you will find this website helpful in learning about my counseling services for yourself
or for someone you know who needs support.

In my private practice, I provide services for clients struggling with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and panic disorder. Additionally I have experience in treating trauma, grief, life transitions, performance anxiety, academic underachievement, minor disordered eating, and family/relationship concerns. I have special interest in diversity issues, including racial identity development, acculturation stress, LGBTQA concerns, socioeconomic struggles, as well as both women’s and men’s issues. My training has been specialized in college aged populations; I am dedicated to working with young adults including those in undergraduate, professional, and graduate school, but enjoy working with individuals of all ages.
