Insurance:
I  am currently not in-network for insurance in the state of Kentucky. At this time, if you have an insurance provider, then you can speak with your insurance company about using my services as an out-of-network provider.  I may provide you with a receipt of services, including a monthly auto-generated superbill, which you can use to request reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Payment:
Payment is required at the time of service.  Payment by credit card, cash, check, or paypal is accepted. Payment information is required when you schedule to reserve your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not provided notification at least 24 hours in advance, then you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. This policy applies to those who have insurance as well.

Reduced Fee:
As noted above, for those who cannot afford the rates above, I may be able to offer a sliding fee scale based on income. A limited number of pro-bono slots are available starting at $30 per session, dependent on availability and therapeutic fit
